Steel bar is a common building material in construction, and the higher saving rate of steel bar is an important means of lean construction in modern construction industry. Recently, the scientific and technical personnel of the Second Bureau of China Construction (Shandong) Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. designed a small steel bar sawing machine, which provides a batch, fast, environmentally friendly and economic path for cutting steel bars.

The device is composed of workbench, collection tank, water tank, fixed pipe, saw knife, filter net, rotating plate, electro-hydraulic rod and other core components. In the process of mass rebar cutting, the operator can realize the "second break" cutting of mass rebar by tying the rebar, measuring the distance of the rebar and installing and fixing.

During the cutting process, the built-in coolant of the device can achieve accurate cooling of the whole process of the saw blade through the water tank, hose and fixed pipe, and the flowing coolant can be recycled by separating and re-entering the workbench. In addition, the device is equipped with a movable protection frame and an "L" shaped sliding plate in the working area of the saw blade, which can avoid the operator's injury due to the accidental fracture of the saw blade, and has a very high safety protection performance. The steel bars that have been cut in batches will be transferred to the hot fan in the chassis through the conveyor belt for air drying and cooling to avoid corrosion of the steel bars due to the coolant residue.
